If I had it to do over again I would have subbed out anything we couldn't do ourselves to local contractors.
Really all that we would have missed would have been a very quick rundown of Smartlaunch. (which we don't even use any more)
Cable runs, imaging drives, installing games, purchasing PC's and Consoles, purchasing audio chairs, ect. All of this I could have done on my own or purchased/subbed out to local contractors. Then if there is a problem you can have a face to face conversation with the person instead of waiting on emails and phone calls to be returned.
The biggest issue I have seen since we opened Level Up is the inability to depend on most outside resources with the exception Deeds and members here at Start A LAN Center and John at Elite Zone.
