Can't get Smartlaunch to login and activate licenses

We purhased 10 Smartlaunch liscense from Smart Launch and when e install the server software and get to the actviation screen where it asks for our login and password, it says that the email is not valid. Yet we go to the main site, and can login with that email and password and review our invoice where we setup our liscense. What is going on? Anyone else have this problem?

I have read that they are having issues.  Submit a ticket.  They have a default username and password to use.

It was the server issue they were having. All is good now :) Thanks guys!
