Extend usergroup.

While SL has a box to check - even with it unchecked, employees are able to extend someones user group.  Any work around?

Also, is there a way to have employees do a shift report, but not have access to the stats and financial data?

That's a feature I've only used sparingly.  If the security checkbox isn't disabling it correctly, I'd submit a bug report.  Course if they did fix it, that'd mean you'd have to update to 4.5 :(

As for the shift report, you have to give them access to "financials" in order for them to run a shift report themselves. I don't know why. You can leave the "access statistics" permission unchecked though.
