I sent in a ticket regarding their new pricing idea. I told them that they will see a number of people stop using their software if they choose to require them to pay monthly fees. We already have plans in the works to stop using them if this is what they have decided to do. This is the reply I got.

Unfortunately, the original founders of Smartlaunch software have not been involved with the company for the last years, however, when we heard about this unhappy situation we decided to buy out the software and establish a new company, Adcore, so we can continue to service all Smartlaunch customers in the future.
However our goal is to make vast improvements to the system, including improved customer service.
You will receive an email including the detail information about this new payment method and we will have some conditions for current Smartlaunch customers. Please keep you eye on our latest new update.

They explain that this company is under new ownership. They say thanks then they say that there will be conditions to even use their software. I'm not sure if it a translation problem but it sounds like they don't really care.

Based on the general language, I'm going to go with translation problem.

If you change "condition" to "options", it completely changes the context, but I can see how a non-native speaker might conflate the two words.

Never hurts to double check though.
