I sent in a ticket regarding their new pricing idea. I told them that they will see a number of people stop using their software if they choose to require them to pay monthly fees. We already have plans in the works to stop using them if this is what they have decided to do. This is the reply I got.

Unfortunately, the original founders of Smartlaunch software have not been involved with the company for the last years, however, when we heard about this unhappy situation we decided to buy out the software and establish a new company, Adcore, so we can continue to service all Smartlaunch customers in the future.
However our goal is to make vast improvements to the system, including improved customer service.

They explain that this company is under new ownership. They say thanks then they say that there will be conditions to even use their software. I'm not sure if it a translation problem but it sounds like they don't really care.
