LAN Center Equipment: Who to buy from

There are two really good places to buy your equipment for your LAN center. The first one is NewEgg.com the second one is TigerDirect.com.
I have purchased everything from my mice to my monitors at these two locations.  Even trying to go through personal distributors I could not achieve the low prices these two websites could provide me with.

At TigerDirect.com if you’re an Igames member you will get to what work with Nelson who will help you flesh out any large orders you have. Nelson over a TigerDirect gets my approval. He is a great guy that works hard to get what you want.
New egg.com will normally have single items priced cheaper than TigerDirect.com but if you work with Nelson and are planning to do a bulk buy TigerDirect typically comes out cheaper. Not that neweggs not a good company but on an order I ordered from them that included five processors two of them I received had bent pins they told me this was not their problem and ended up not replacing the processors that were sent to me damaged so I had over $500 worth of product that was absolutely worthless to me

I’m not saying ever little thing is going to be cheap at these two website.  But using these websites as a general rule of thumb to determine what the item your looking to buy is going to run is definitely a good idea.  And customer service at these two website are spectacular (except in the few instances I’ve had with newegg).  You talk to Nelson right at Tigerdirect and he can sometimes get your shipping knocked off to hit your price point.  He did that the first time I purchased a large order from them and that really impressed me.
